Towle Creations asks that you follow specific rules which will allow a friendly and welcoming environment to our fellow members.

While the administrators and moderators of our forums will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore as a registered member, you acknowledge that all posts made to Towle Creations forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for messages by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP addresses of all posted messages are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that Towle Creations, the webmaster, administrator, and moderators of our forums have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, Towle Creations, the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Towle Creations forum systems uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered into your profile; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

Messages and profiles can be altered or deleted without any prior notice. In most cases, the member will be notified if their message or profile has been deleted or altered. If a member refuses to obey the terms listed, the member's account can and will be suspended for an undetermined amount of time and/or banned from any or all Towle Creations websites.

Regarding the forum at The Parent Station: You agree not to post advertisements for a business or individual website where a product is sold or a competing forum can be found, as these posts will be considered SPAM and will be removed promptly. If you are interested in advertising your business on The Parent Station, please review our Advertising Agreement and contact the administrator. You may post your business address as your web url in your profile. However, you agree not to post a business related site within your signature unless you are a paying sponsor. This is considered free advertising and/or SPAM and adjustments will be made to your profile to remove the links and advertisements. Posts made in a sole effort to increase post count will also be considered as SPAM. Users whose posts are considered to be in an effort only to increase post count will be warned and their post count will be reset to zero.
