The following is a description of how Mommy
Loves Freebies works and the terms in which a sponsor must agree
to before making a donation. Sponsors who are able to abide by these guidelines
are the sponsors that best fit Mommy
Loves Freebies.
Here is how Mommy
Loves Freebies works:
You donate a prize with the promise to follow through and mail that prize
to the designated winner. Your donation includes the shipping on the product.
You and I work together to get a contest established on Mommy
Loves Freebies. I do all the work in setting up the contest, you
simply supply a limited amount of information for me to get the job started.
I run a contest for a pre-determined amount of time. I collect all the
entries, data, etc. for the contest.
After the contest comes to a close, I randomly choose a winner.
I contact winner and then I contact you.
You are then responsible for contacting the winner. You will need to verify
the shipping address and supply an estimated ship date for the prize.
I ask that you also let me know the anticipated ship date.
After their prize arrives, I will contact the winner and ask for feedback
on various points. For example, did the prize arrive in a timely manner,
was it what you expected, does the quality of the product live up to your
expectations, what do you think about the prize, would you shop with this
sponsor, and so on.
I will then publish the positive feedback on Mommy
Loves Freebies for all the world to see. Not only does the feedback
appear, but so does a link to your site. This gives you the opportunity
to link back to our site where your positive feedback appears (something
like "Look what people are saying at me at Mommy Loves Freebies!").

If by chance a negative transaction is made, we will contact you to let
you know. We will not post negative feedback, but we will also, most likely,
end our sponsor relationship at that time. I am building a reputation
and if a sponsor doesn't aide in a positive reputation for the site, I
will not work with that sponsor..
Your Options for a Contest at Mommy
Loves Freebies:
You choose the prize. Prizes can range in anything from $5 to $500 (and
up if you want!). Please choose an actual prize. Gift Certificates usually
do not do well unless they are for very large amounts.
You choose how long to run the contest for (60, 90 or 120 days). We suggest
the less expensive the donation, the shorter the contest. We can also
make a contest run longer than 120 days. I am always happy to work with
you on these terms.
You choose whether or not the player can enter once a day, once a week,
or once per contest.
You choose your mailing options: Contest open to the United States only,
or Contest open to the United States and Canada.
Bonus Options for Contests at Mommy
Loves Freebies:
You can add the option for the player to sign up for your mailings
if you offer them (catalogs, brochures, etc).
You can add the option for the player to sign up for your newsletter,
if you offer one.
If the player chooses to sign up for either of these options, we will
send you the information. This information will be sent at the time the
contest is over. This save me time and is easier for you to keep track
of.
Your Banners will appear at Mommy
Loves Freebies:
Your 125x125 and a 468x60 banner will appear with your contest.
If you donate a Prize Bucks Prize (see below), your 468x60 banner will
appear with your prize listing.

The more a sponsor donates, and the more feedback we get on a sponsor,
the more likely that sponsor will have their own dedicated feedback page
at Mommy Loves Freebies.
Prize Bucks and Prize Bucks Prizes at Mommy
Loves Freebies:
You can also opt to donate a Prize Bucks Prize. These prizes aren't guaranteed
to be claimed, and it could take a year or more before the prize is actually
claimed. If you decide to make the donation, we will treat it as any other
prize at Mommy
Loves Freebies, and will seek out feedback on the product.
In order to make a Prize Bucks donation, you must first donate a contest
prize. The reason is because Mommy Loves Freebies is a contest oriented
website and people earn Prize Bucks for playing the contests. We need
to first have the contests, and then the Prize Bucks Prizes. You only
need to make one contest donation to be able to donate any number of Prize
Bucks Prizes. This also establishes your commitment to the reputation
of the site.
In addition to having the Prize Bucks prize listed at Mommy
Loves Freebies, you also get a Featured
Product at WAHShopping:
Featured Products appear in a Featured
Product Directory at WAHShopping. Links go directly to your
site and to your very own dedicated featured product information page
at WAHShopping.
You get one featured product page for every $15 of retail value donations
you make.
Your product will also be featured on the home page of WAHShopping.
Every two weeks, a new product is added to the bottom of the 15 product-long
list on the home page. The top product comes off the list and the
previously placed products move up one slot.
You will be told the exact date in which your product will appear
on the home page, and then it will remain there for 30 weeks, making
its way up in position on the home page.
You will always have this featured product page at WAHShopping
and it never expires. You can also change it after it has made its
way up the list so that if we have an empty slot one week, your changed
featured product can work up the list again.
Prize Bucks is an awards system devised to reward participants at our
websites. In order to obtain Prize Bucks, you must have an account at
Mommy Loves
Freebies.
Earning Prize Bucks at Mommy
Loves Freebies:
When you submit contest entries on the site, there is a section of
the form asking for your username at Mommy
Loves Freebies. You must enter this information in the form
in order to receive your Prize Bucks
Each time you enter a contest at Mommy
Loves Freebies, you will earn 500 Prize Bucks. You will only
earn 500 Prize Bucks per contest, not per entry. Because some contests
allow you to enter more than once, you will still only be awarded
the 500 Prize Bucks once.
Prize Bucks Totals will be posted on the website at the between the
1st and 10th of every month for the previous month's earned balance.
All postings will be made with the player's Mommy Loves Freebies user
name. Click

Prize Bucks are also earned through The
Parent Station's Newsletter. Each newsletter gives readers a
chance to earn Prize Bucks, and they simply need an account at Mommy
Loves Freebies in order to maintain their Prize Bucks Balance. In order
to earn those Prize Bucks, subscribers need only to read the newsletter
and follow the directions to claim their Prize Bucks. Earning average
750 Prize Bucks per newsletter.
As of mid-April 2008, Prize Bucks will no longer be awarded for posting
messages at our Parenting
Message Boards at The
Parent Station. The reason is because the forum must be upgraded
and updated on a regular basis to keep our forum secure and because
upgrades and updates affect the awards system, we are removing it entirely
from our Parenting
Message Boards. However, per the request of the members at the
site, they can retain their currently earned Prize Bucks and transfer
them to their Mommy Loves Freebies member account.
